Instead of responding to spam messages offering you youth and fitness for a fee, you can go to the web for free useful information on health and fitness topics. Here are examples of the types of "excersites" that populate the web.

These two sites are examples of sites that individual or a group of fitness experts have established to provide those how are interested in using the Internet as their health and fitness guides. On these types of sites you will find articles such as determining an exercise program to meet your needs, understanding metabolism, how to calculate target heart rate, and links to a small group of other fitness sites including those that evaluate fitness equipment and sell music designed for aerobics classes.

There are many fitness magazines on the web. This is the Runners World Magazine site. It has something for everyone from the beginning runner to the ultra athlete. It includes numerous online calculators and you can even create you own on-line training log from this site.

A catchy site name the American Heart Association's no nonsense, no ads excersite. http://www.fitness.gov Even the government has its own excersite. This website for the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports includes the full text authoritative, pamphlets, articles studies and reports by government agencies.

The Life Fitness Academy sponsors the first site. You can submit your fitness question to their experts or browse their questions archives. If you are looking for a personal fitness instructor you can find one at the second site. Of course the personal trainer will want to be paid for his or her services.
