Wilke, Fleury, Hoffelt, Gould & Birney, LLP, announced that Ronald R. Lamb has joined the firm Of Counsel. Mr. Lamb specializes in the defense of medical malpractice cases and administrative law actions involving medical licensing and hospital privilege issues. Mr. Lamb joins Wilke Fleury after serving as Managing Shareholder for Rust, Armenis, Schwartz, Lamb and Bills, which recently closed its Sacramento office. Mr. Lamb received his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific-McGeorge School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Sacramento and San Joaquin County Bar Associations. He is also Regents Counsel to the Regents of the University of California and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Sacramento Habitat for Humanity and the Sacramento Children's Museum.
Wilke, Fleury, Hoffelt, Gould & Birney announced that Craig Carnes and Anthony Eaton have joined the firm as Associates.
Mr. Carnes will handle advising individuals, small businesses and corporations in the areas of general business law, real estate law and employment law. He obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2005 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and is a member of the Order of the Coif.
Mr. Eaton will handle employment law, contract disputes, general business law and tort liability. He obtained his Juris Doctorate with distinction and completed the Trial Advocacy Certificate Program at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2005.
Seyfarth Shaw LLP announced that attorney David R. Feniger, Of Counsel, has joined the firm's Government Contracts practice group in their Sacramento office. Feniger joins Seyfarth from the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. At the Justice Department, his work included the prosecution of civil fraud charges against certain defense contractors. Feniger also argued numerous appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Prior to the Justice Department, he worked for Downey Brand LLP. Feniger earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law (1995), and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania (1991).
 Bullivant Houser Bailey PC, announced that M. Taylor Florence from the firm's Sacramento office will become chairman of the board. David A. Ernst, from the firm's Portland office, will become the firm's new president. In October, 2005, Bullivant merged with Bartel Eng & Schroder, a leading corporate and securities firm in Sacramento.
Succeeding Taylor Florence as Sacramento shareholder-in-charge will be Tamara L. Boeck. In addition to leading the firm's Sacramento office, Boeck will continue her legal practice in the construction development and litigation practice areas where she was named one of Northern California's "Super Lawyers" in 2005.

Mr. Holden was previously a partner in Palmer Kazanjian Holden, LLP and Littler Mendelson, PC both management-side labor and employment firms. Ellen Little and David Leas have joined the firm as associates.

Jon D. Rubin has been named a Principal at Diepenbrock Harrison. Rubin becomes a member of Diepenbrock Harrison's Land Use and Environmental Law Department, where his practice will focus on matters related to water and environmental law. Previously a shareholder with Kronick Moskovitz Tiedemann & Girard, Rubin began his law career with that firm in 1998. He joined Duane Morris in 2000 to practice in its San Francisco office, returning to Kronick Moskovitz in mid-2002. A graduate of the University of Delaware, Rubin earned his Juris Doctorate at New York Law School.
Richard Ross, who currently represents many local ranchers and farmers as a solo practitioner as well as raising his own cattle in Lincoln, has been elected president of the Tahoe Cattlemen's Association. Rich has practiced in Sacramento since being hired as a house counsel at the California Department of Health in 1973.
