Justice Rebecca Wiseman Delivers
Annual Gordan D. Schaber Lecture

Justice Rebecca Wiseman of the California Court of Appeal for the Fifth Appellate District delivered the Seventh Annual Gordon D. Schaber Lecture on October 14. Justice Wiseman’s topic was, “Deciding Hard Cases: Does a Judge’s Background Influence the Outcome.” The lecture, which co-sponsored by the Witkin Legal Institute and the Sacramento County Bar Association, was held at the Firehouse Restaurant in Old Sacramento.
