welcomes Marlalee MacDonald and Andrea Bacchi
as its newest associates.
Ms.
MacDonald is a Wyoming native. She earned her BA in 1993
and her JD with honors in 1996 from the University of Wyoming.
While at the University of Wyoming, Ms. MacDonald was a
member of Phi Beta Kappa as well as Order of the Coif. Ms.
MacDonald practices in the areas of business, real estate
and complex litigation. She is a member of the Wyoming and
California State Bars and has been a member of the American
Bar Association since 1996.
Ms.
Bacchi graduated cum laude in 1994 from UCLA where she received
her BA. In 2000 Ms. Bacchi received her JD from University
of California, Davis, King Hall School of Law. At UC Davis,
she was a member of Order of the Coif, and Phi Delta Phi.
She was also on the National Dean's List and served as the
senior notes and comments editor of the UC Davis Law Review.
Ms. Bacchi is a member of both the American Bar Association
and the Federalist Society. She practices in the areas of
business formation and transaction, taxation and general
business counseling.
Olsen
Hagel Waters & Fishburn, LLP has
announced the promotions of Belinda M. Gross and
Suzette Olson. Gross will be Olsen Hagel's new political
reports manager and Olsen will serve as political reports
assistant manager. Gross has worked for Olsen Hagel since
1993 as a political reports specialist. Before coming to
Olsen Hagel, she was a clerical assistant at C.S.U. Sacramento,
where she earned a BS in Business Administration in 1991.
Olsen's
career at Olsen Hagel dates back to 1982 when she came to
the firm to create, develop, and manage the campaign reporting
unit. She worked in this capacity until 1989. Olsen returned
to the firm in 1995 part-time, and now will rejoin the firm
full time in her new capacity. Olsen is a U.C. San Diego
graduate with a BA in English Literature and a minor in
Spanish Literature.

Nancy
A. Park has joined McDonough,
Holland & Allen's Real Estate Section as an associate.
Her practice focuses on real estate transaction and finance.
Most recently, Park served as an investment officer for
the California Public Employee's Retirement System (CalPERS),
responsible for investing $1.8 billion in real estate assets.
Park is active in the National Network of Commercial Real
Estate Women (NNCREW), serving as past-president of the
Sacramento chapter and national delegate 2000. She received
her JD in 1997 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge
School of Law and holds a BS in Business Administration
from California State University, Sacramento.
The
Sacramento law firm of Trainor
Robertson is pleased to announce that Michael
A. Rubin has joined the firm's real estate transaction
group as an associate attorney. Rubin will assist the firm's
clients with commercial real estate transactions including
real property purchase and sale agreements and office and
retail leasing. He earned his law degree from the University
of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in 1993, and his
Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University
of California, Santa Barbara, in 1990.

Stuart Home, III has joined the firm as an associate
attorney. Formerly an associate with the Sacramento office
of Borton, Petrini & Conron, LLP, Home will continue
to practice construction defect litigation as well as handle
employment related matters. He received his JD from McGeorge
School of Law in 1991 and is currently serving as a member
at large on the Sacramento County Bar Association's Bar
Council and as the chair for the Sacramento delegation to
the State Bar conference of delegates.
