Members of the bar, family, and friends were walkin' and runnin' again on Saturday, February 12th, 2005 for Run Valentine Run, a benefit for Legal Services of Northern California.
We met on the course in front of the Sport Chalet to support the teen programs that LSNC provides to benefit the kids at Grant High School. Although not all the results are in yet, we all won for kids. Once again more than 1,300 folks turned out to enjoy the festivities. And just so you know, we've been talking to the staff at Hiram Johnson High School this year and we hope to expand our teen outreach programs on their campus. We'll be doing more of the same: providing legal services that support violence prevention programs, mentoring, college bound, and more programs that encourage students to take charge of their lives and their futures.
