From time to time the Court issues various memos about court administrative procedures and policies affecting criminal cases, and from time to seeks input on court proposals affecting criminal cases. These memos are distributed to Deputy District Attorneys and Public Defenders through their offices and via e-mail by Conflict Criminal Defenders to attorneys who are on the Indigent Defense Panel.

Private criminal defense attorneys who are not members of the panel generally do not find out about these issues except by word of mouth, and yet they are as important to them, as to government and panel lawyers.

To assist the Court and the lawyers, Conflict Criminal Defenders is creating an e-mail distribution list of private criminal defense attorneys. CCD will distribute, via e-mail, to those on the list, any memos, policies, requests for comment, etc. that are of general concern to all criminal attorneys.
