The Office of Citizens Services and Communications designed the U.S. government’s official portal. The homepage is tabbed by the type by group, citizens, business and non-profits, federal employees, and government to government. First listing within each tab is called “get it done on-line” which links to specific government service transactions that can be completed on-line. The amount of information available through this site is enormous and the format is makes the information easily accessible. It’s a reference librarian’s dream site.
