Jay-Allen Eisen has been elected to membership in the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers. Eisen, a shareholder in Eisen & Johnson Law Corporation, specializes in civil appeals, writs, trial court motion practice and related matters. Eisen has practiced since 1969. He won his first case in the California Supreme Court in 1971. He has been counsel in more than 250 appeals and appellate writ proceedings, more than 75 of which have resulted in reported decisions. Eisen received his law degree at Hastings College of Law in 1968 and his BA at the University of California, Berkeley, in 1965.
